Helen Hernandez Archer
Helen is originally from San Juan Puerto Rico. Prior to being in Real Estate Helen was an awarded journalist with Telemundo, CBS and CNN where she won an Emmy Award for the 911 coverage and a Peabody Award for the Katrina Hurricane coverage.
Helen and her team specialize in Corporate Relocation, Global Investor Clients & Luxury Global Marketing. Helen has served clients in Fortune 500 companies including CNN, ATT, Coca-Cola, Georgia Power, Home Depot among others. Licensed in GA since 2005 she has trained hundreds of agents in different real estate offices in the United States, Spain, and Argentina in both English and Spanish for her previous brokerage Keller Williams.
She has been a Member of the NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) since 2008 and was the Atlanta Chapter President in 2013. She was on the NAHREP National Board from 2014-2018. She is currently a Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors & GA Association of Realtors. She has been awarded Top 10% in the Atlanta Board of Realtors as well as Top 10 teams at the #1 office in Atlanta for Keller Williams from 2013-2019. She was the Keynote speaker inaugural 2017 Keller Williams Family Reunion in Spain.
She has been in Atlanta since 1998 when she came to work for CNN. She currently resides in the Smyrna-Vinings area with her husband of 12 years and her 5-year-old twins. In her spare time, you can find her training for Olympic triathlons as well as Ironman races all over the US.
Abby Noah, from a small town in Alabama, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications and worked as a reporter for Fox 6 News. Abby soon decided she wanted to move to the big city of Atlanta to pursue her dreams in real estate. Energetic, fun, and always full of laughter her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her the most. Abby is an agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. She has built a reputation for her friendly customer care and proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home and to assist sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. Richard grew up all his life in Atlanta and knows the city very well. He is originally from Colombia, South America and is fluent in Spanish. He has experience not only as a real estate agent but also as a real estate investor in the Atlanta area. Richard previously worked for over 15 years for CNN and received 1 Emmy, 2 Emmy nominations, and a Peabody Award.
Jennifer lived for 15 years in the heart of Brookhaven GA raising two children with her husband. She has a teenage daughter who competitively dances and a preteen son who plays travel soccer, both social butterflies. She graduated from the University of Central FL and taught elementary school before opening an in-home daycare for ten years. Jennifer has been a listing coordinator for 3 years and loves helping with all the details of getting sellers their home listed.
My name is Lydia Waters and I was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. I am the mother of two, a boy who is almost 6 who is obsessed with becoming a superhero and a girl who is almost 4 and loves all things princess. They keep life interesting always. I graduated from Kennesaw State University and taught for 5 years in Cobb county before becoming a closing coordinator. I have been a closing coordinator for 3 years and I have closed hundreds of contracts. I love being involved in helping to make a closing go smoothly for our buyers and sellers.
